I have had the pleasure of knowing Angela Dyer for 4 years now. I was honored when she asked me to film her daughter’s sweet 16. Chelsea has a radiant personality and is one of the most popular kids at her school. So you know her Sweet 16 was going to be of the hook. This fun event had great food, entertainment, and of course a photo booth. Chelsea’s friends performed for her and everyone danced the night away.
