I had a blast filming the wedding of Jeanette and Nate at Good Samaritan Lutheran Church and celebrated at Treasure Island Casino on the Las Vegas strip. Meeting each other on 7.7.2007, they decided to make that date even more special, and get married exactly 6 years later. It was fun not only meeting them during the consultation, but getting to know them and their story, as I had the luxury of filming a Love Story for them, as well. I am honored to call them friends today and keep in touch with them via social media.
They had a gorgeous wedding and a show stopping first dance. The reception was decked out in decor and Elegant Entertainment kept the dance floor packed with some awesome tunes. The night was capped off with the presentation of this Same Day Edit.
When I am approached to do a same day edit I get goosebumps, not only because of the challenge to embrace ahead, but the satisfaction of delivering something special for the couple and their guests. As well as watching everyone enjoy in awww at the reception. The raw emotion and joy that couple’s get when they are watching their films is what I love the most.
